Eurobike 2015 has just begun, and so begins the exciting deluge of product announcements.
The biggest ebike news so far is the announcement of the 2016 Stromer ST2-S model, which improves upon the ST2 by upgrading the battery capacity to 983Wh from the previous 814Wh, a 20% increase.

ST2-S changes from the ST2:
- 20%-larger 983Wh battery
- Shimano Di2 electronic shifter
- Dual beam headlights
- Brooks Cambium saddle
- New grey color option
- New rims and red/white decals
- 1250-lumen Supernova M99 Pro headlight is 400% brighter than previous headlight
The ST2 model also offers the new 983Wh battery as a €410 option.

Here’s the pricing for Germany (with the headlight purposefully obfuscated):

Big thanks to ebike crusader Ravi Kempaiah for posting this news first!
